PET basis Dialog

Since this dialog is rarely used, there is no button for opening it. Select PET basis… from the Tools menu.

In the PET basis dialog, you can specify the basis functions of the Parameter Estimation Technique (PET).

Select a PET basis function

Select the number of the Basis function you want to modify in the corresponding box. Note that the current function is saved as soon as you change the number in the basis box.

Check PET functions

Press the Check button to check all PET basis formulae. When a syntax error is detected, OpenMaXwell will put an exclamation mark in front of the corresponding formula and display a warning.

Read PET  data

Press the Read… button to read PET data from a file. A file name dialog will allow you to select a file to read.

Write PET  data

Press the Write… button to write PET data to a file. A file name dialog will allow you to select a file to write to.

Close the dialog

Press the Close button to close the dialog.
