The meeting will be held in the room number HG E 1.1 located in the "E" floor of the main building of ETH Zürich.

Poster presentation

• the posters will be displayed for the full duration next to the meeting room
• there will be standard poster stands
• there will be NO poster presentation session
• please mount the poster early on, and leave them until the end

Talks / oral presentations

• you have a 12 minute time slot for the presentation (strict!)
• after each talk there is a 3 minute discussion time slot
• prepare slides as Powerpoint or PDF
• upload the slides to the presentation computer before the scheduled session
