Notable improvements and bug fixes

Included latest release of YALMIP. Notice that due to YALMIP's modified directory structure you must set your Matlab path as described by the installation instructions.
Consistent use of deltaU formulation for LTI/PWA systems and on-line/explicit controllers
Fixed a performance regression in on-line control of LTI systems
Fixed loading of saved MPT controllers for nonlinear systems
C-code obtained by mpt_exportST now uses single-precision numbers instead of double-precision arithmetics
mpt_mplp and mpt_mpqp now support sparse matrices
