Question about Restart file

Respected sir ,

I create initial conditions for my model by running 0.5 cumecs . and used the restart.dat files for my main simulation by selecting the initial condition Continue .

my question is when we use this "conitnue and restart.dat files " condition , the next simulation would change the restart.dat files . and if we run again the simulation

basment will use the resent restart.dat file ? not the 0.5 cumecs generated restrat.dat files.

also i wana ask if there is any method or solution to minus the effect of 0.5 cumes run .
