New Version 3.2

Dear Users of BASEMENT

We are pleased to announce the release of BASEMENT version 3.2.

The new features of BASEMENT version 3.2 include a turbulence model, the transport of suspended sediment and a model for riparian vegetation dynamics accounting for feedback between vegetation and sediment transport in mobile bed simulations. Since this version also includes some bug fixes, we recommend all users to update their program as well as the user manual to version 3.2. We kindly ask you to test your models with this version and give feedback if the program exhibits unexpected behavior. Changes compared to previous versions can be tracked in the release notes.
