Ouflow conditions with mobile gate

Hi,
I would like to ask for advice for my simulation with BASEMENT v2.7.
I have to do a simulation which has two inflow boundary conditions  and one outflow.
The problem is about the outflow condition because I have a dam with 5 mobile gates to keep the upstream level of the water constant (and consequently a variable discharge downstream).
How can I solve this mechanism?
How can I adjust the outflow discharge in order to maintain a constant level upstream?
