Differences between rasters (output of crayfish after simulation run)

Hi,

I made several simulation with Basement 2.6 (with mobile bed and bedload), each scenario was exported in raster format (geotiff).
I need to see the differences between scenarios but when i subtract rasters i notice some problems: there are some "spots" with a difference of 0.2 meters between rasters (the bead elevation of each simulation was the same) and this spots are alternating (+ 0.2; - 0.2) inside the final raster (obtained by subtraction).
Mass volume is conservate during the simulation, they apperar as numerical instabilities of the simulation but i haven't any error.
The problem could be linked with the solid transport or mobile bed implementation or is linked with other?
I tried to modify the minimum time step, CFD and other parameters but anything changes.
Thanks in advice
Francesco

Re: Differences between rasters (output of crayfish after simulation run)

Precisation: Differences are between the depth or each scenario.
