reservoir sedimentation modeling
Dear all,
Does anyone has experience using basement for sediment transport modeling in a reservoir? If so I really need to share my problem. I always get a huge amount of sediment in the result of each simulation, reaches the value of billions m³ for suspension volume and hundreds million m³ of deposited sediment, while the volume of the reservoir only about 37 million m³. Is basement suitable for this kind of simulation? Thanks.
