weir as downstream bc

hi members

in my 1- D model i have used "weir" as my downstream boundary condition  but after that at my last x-section my special output are wse = bed level and discharge is zero .

why is that ?

its only at the last x-section in the domain .

actually i was giving the absolute height of weir instead of reference height .
