Error: Missing GL version/failed to get valid pixel format

Hello,

when I try to run a simulation on a remote desktop connection, I always get the following errors:
- failed to getwglChoosePixelFormatARB
- failed to get valid pixel format
- Missing GL version
The error file remains empty, except a warning which is not relevant. Besides I tried it with version 2.8.2 and version 4.0.1 with the same result. The simulation works fine when I start it on my laptop. This is why I think it has to do something with the remote desktop connection. However, I have no idea how to fix it. Has someone encountered the same or a similar issue or has an idea how to fix it?

Best regards,
Jakob

EDIT: I solved the issue: The computer that I used, is lacking a proper graphic card. I switched off the BaseViz Output, which displays the simulation results during the calculation.
