Direction due to curvature effect - "significance value"

Hi,
I have a question regarding the DIRECTION\min_abs_radius_use

I have noticed that the value of the "min_radius" has a considerable effect on the formation of a delta area I am modelling. Realizing this I also started looking at the "min_abs_radius_use".

There are two alternatives:
1) significance_value (default). This means that the curvature effect is ignored when R_calulated < Rmin
2) min_value. This means that the curvature effect is calculated based on Rmin (when Rcalculated < Rmin)

The default value indicates that it is most reasonable to ignore curvature effects entirely when the calculated radius is small. I would imagine that using Rmin would be the natural choice.

I dont have a practical understanding of the curvature effect, although I am familiar with the principle.

Any recommendations regarding the selection of "Rmin" and use of "significance_value" versus "min_value"?

Regards,
Marulke
