fictitious discharge increase in basechain

Hi,

I am carrying out a 1d simulation and use hydrograph bc to introduce flow into the domain. After the successful completion of simulation, when i check the domainName_out.dat file, I note that the inflow discharge at the first edge of the domain has been artificially increased to about 1.64%.  Despite my efforts, cannot make it disappear. I wonder what could be the reason for it and how to make it go away.

Regards
