multi point shapes

Hello,
using xyz-data as multipoint-shape the quality mesh ignores these points in the mesh and it seems there is no use of fix-points for  known z-values. Is that right?
This needs attention, unfortunately some converters makes automatically multipoint files from text or dxf-files (3D-points or -polylines)without request. So it is necessary to convert the shape file to simple point file.

Re: multi point shapes

Hi, multipoint shapefiles are not supported in BASEmesh indeed. To include the points in your meshing process, you have to convert the multipoint shapes into generic point shapefiles or some text file as you suggested.
