Inner boundary - gate

Hi,
I have a question about the inner boundary condition Gate.
I have a mobile gate which is regulated in order to maintain a constant level upstream.
In particular I have to control the gate openings with the upstream water surface elevation.
How can I do that? What conditions should I use?
For the moment I use the following conditions:

Type: Gate
Cross_section_name_1: 908.11
Cross_section_name_2: 908.1
Gatee_type: radial_gate_with_flap
Gate_size_file: ?
Gate_level_file: ?
Width_file: (constant)
Gate_my: 0.65 (default value)
ehaed_reference_location: 908.11
Gate_bottom_level: 153
gate_bottom_fac: 0.79 (default value)
calculation_type: standard

I don't understand the command "gate_size_file" and "gate_level_file".
How can I solve my problem in order to maintain a constant level upstream and a variable discharge (and gate opening) as outflow?

Thank you for your help
