modeling closed conduits through preissmann slot

Hello Developers
I would like to be able to model flow through sewers using 1d SV equations but at present in basechain there is no facility for incorporating closed conduit flow. If some common conduits shapes are made available e.g. circular, rectangular, then it would be great. Maybe the slot geometry can be added by the modeler for which functionality should exist.

Regards

+ 1

Floris has this feature. Beside circular shapes, arbitrary symmetrical geometries could be defined.

Pl guide me how can I use floris to define a circular sewer and then write bmg file for a simulation in basechain ? Thanks

Re: modeling closed conduits through preissmann slot

This was only a hint for the developers, where to get inspiration for the implementation.
